Oxford Product Design Limited (“we”, ‘”us”, “our”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Any information that we hold about you will be only be used in accordance with this privacy notice.

Oxford Product Design (OPD) is a product design consultancy based in Oxford, UK. In order to undertake our business operations we gather and use certain information about you. Our contact details are given at the bottom of this notice.

  • Information including your name and title, gender, contact address, telephone number(s), email address, job role, profession, your employer and/or organisation that you are affiliated with.
  • Information that you provide by filling in an online form on www.oxfordproductdesign.com (https://oxfordproductdesign.com/). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services.
  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
  • Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfilment of your orders.
  • Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

Occasionally we may obtain your information from publicly available sources such as third parties who hold such information and are permitted to share it with us.

4. IP addresses and cookies

We may collect information about your computer, including (where available) your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to make improvements to our website. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

We do not collect cookies from your website.

5. Why we collect the information

We collect information so that we can:

  • Enter into and perform a contract between your organisation and Oxford Product Design
  • Maintain our business contacts database to support good relationship practice
  • Comply with legal obligations (for example HMRC)

6. Keeping your personal data secure

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost or used or accessed in an unauthorised way.
