OPD recognised in 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services™ list

The 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services™ list was revealed this morning by Great Place To Work® UK, recognising OPD among the list of organisations in the small & medium category. We are delighted to receive this news and proud to be recognised for our amazing workplace for the second consecutive year!

OPD employees anonymously reported strong results across the board, but our team culture and sense of community stood out as key elements in making the company a great place to work. Our values of Innovate, Collaborate and Delight are central to the way we work at OPD, and it was great to see these highlighted so clearly in our survey results.

Receiving this award feels particularly special to OPD as it highlights one of the founding principles for OPD: the aim to foster a culture that makes it as easy as possible for people to do their best work within the backdrop of a supportive environment. We believe making this list signifies that OPD has achieved this goal.

The Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services™ list is created using feedback collected from the team anonymously via their Trust Index© employee survey. The survey asked for feedback on how OPD supports work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well OPD provided consistency of experience across all departments and seniority levels.
