The EVOVISTA is a next generation safety-rich safety helmet incorporating fully retractable optical class 1 eye protection that is easy to deploy, adjust and maintain.
the challenge
JSP wanted two variants of the EVOVISTA helmet, one with a deployable face shield and one with deployable eye goggles.
The eyewear can't make contact with the scalp, to prevent injury should the eyewear be forced back into the safety cell.
approach
We developed a modular design that could either feature an integrated visor or safety goggles. All versions had to be compatible with existing accessories.
